IT maintenance in Madridfor businesses and practices

IT maintenance and support for small businesses, professional practices and freelancers in Madrid. We fix remotely what can be fixed remotely, and come to your office when the hardware needs hands on it.

What the service includes

What a small office needs so that IT stops being a problem.

Incident resolution

The computer that will not boot, the email that stopped sending, the shared file that will not open. Urgent things, remotely first.

Preventive maintenance

Updates, cleaning, disk and performance checks. Prevents most emergencies before they happen.

Backups

Automatic backups and, above all, verified ones. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup: it is an assumption.

Networks and wifi

Routers, switches, cabling and coverage. From the dead spot in the meeting room to wiring a new office from scratch.

Workstations

Installing and configuring new machines, migrating data and setting everything up so work can start on day one.

Basic security

Antivirus, passwords, permissions and up-to-date patches. What prevents most scares without building a bunker.

How we work

Remote first

Most software, email, permissions and configuration issues are solved by connecting to your machine. No waiting for anyone to arrive: minutes instead of hours.

On site when needed

Hardware, cabling, networks and new machines need to be seen. We schedule a visit and go, without charging the trip as if it were a separate fault.

We serve Madrid

We mostly work with businesses of 2 to 25 workstations: accountancies, clinics, studios, law firms and small service companies. They have no in-house IT department and need someone who answers when something stops working, with no lock-in contracts or per-device fees for things they do not use.

We cover Madrid and its metropolitan area, with a regular presence in the north-west: Pozuelo de Alarcón, Alcobendas, Las Rozas, Majadahonda and Boadilla.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You can book individual hours for a specific incident or a monthly maintenance plan, and cancel whenever you want. No penalties.

What if the problem cannot be fixed remotely?

We come in person. Remote covers most software, configuration and user issues; hardware, networks and new installations need someone on site.

Do you handle the website too?

Yes. Codelvia does web development as well as IT support, so you can have the same contact for the office computers and for the business website.

Ready for the website you deserve?

Tell us about your project. Free first consultation, no commitment.
